Data controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on InkassoHurtig.dk is:
- UNIC WEB SERVICES S.R.L., CUI 39740870, Reg. Com. J29/1621/2018
- Str. Petru Poni nr. 17, Ploiești, Prahova, România, Romania
- Email: info@inkassohurtig.dk
In short
- We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking or marketing tools on visitors.
- Fonts and other files are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
- We only process personal data when you send it to us yourself (through the quote form or by email), plus the technical information needed to display the website.
What data do we process, and why?
1. When you visit the website
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically receives the technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, the time, the page you visit and your browser type. This information is used to run the site securely and reliably and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
To prevent abuse of the quote form, we keep a pseudonymised value derived from your IP address (a keyed hash, from which the address cannot be read) for one hour after you send the form. It is used only to limit the number of requests per visitor, on the same legal basis.
2. When you request quotes
If you fill in the form on the quote page, we process the information you provide: the company's name and CVR or registration number, contact person, email, phone number, the approximate amount and your description of the case. We use the information to put you in touch with one or more police-authorised debt collection agencies or lawyers in our partner network, who can contact you with a quote. We also send you an email confirming your request, with a copy of the details you entered.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Please avoid including personal data about your debtor in the description field beyond what is necessary to describe the case.
3. When you write to us
If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who do we share the data with?
- Processors: our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider process data on our behalf and on our instructions.
- Partners: if you have requested quotes, we pass your details to the debt collection agencies or lawyers you have consented to. They are independent controllers for their own processing.
We never sell your data and do not pass it on for marketing. If any of our providers processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.
How long do we keep the data?
- Quote requests are deleted no later than 12 months after receipt.
- Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact.
- The pseudonymised value used to limit form submissions is deleted after one hour.
- Technical log files are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period for operational and security reasons.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data erased
- have processing restricted
- data portability
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- withdraw your consent
Write to info@inkassohurtig.dk to exercise your rights.
Complaints
You can complain about our processing of your personal data to the Romanian supervisory authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live (in Denmark, Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
Changes
We update this policy if our processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
