About InkassoHurtig

InkassoHurtig is a knowledge centre on debt collection and debt recovery in Denmark. We write for businesses, especially small and medium-sized ones, that want to understand the rules, prevent losses and know what to do when a customer does not pay. All content is available in Danish and English, so foreign businesses with Danish customers can use it too.

We are not a debt collection agency

InkassoHurtig does not collect debts and does not enter into debt collection agreements. If you need help with a specific claim, you can use our quote page to be put in touch with police-authorised debt collection agencies and lawyers, and choose between them yourself.

How our articles are produced

Our articles are prepared with the help of AI tools and then checked against primary sources: the statute text, guidance from authorities such as the Danish Consumer Ombudsman and the Danish National Police, the courts' own information and Danmarks Nationalbank. We do not publish figures, deadlines or section numbers that we have not been able to verify.

Rules change, and mistakes can happen. If you find an error, or an article is out of date, we would very much like to hear about it at info@inkassohurtig.dk.

How we make money

InkassoHurtig may receive a referral fee from the partners we put you in touch with. This does not affect the price you pay the partner, and it does not affect the content of our articles, which are editorially independent.
